Full Disc or Customize Compression VERY SLOW

I have been using DVDFab for years. I have a new system and have been using it successfully for all types of backups, movie only, full disc, compressed, not compressed, customized, etc.

All has worked good until the other day.

As standard I run compression around 16-20 Mbs.

I had used the new 9.0.6.0 and compressed full disc to 25gb without issues.

However, 2 days ago, an issue started. If I do a Main Movie only and compress to fit 25gb, there is no problem and it works as always in less than 40 minutes. If I compress a Full Disc or Customized Disc, it starts at around 10 Mbs as usual and then quickly falls to less than 2 Mbs. After no length of time does it speed up, and I can cancel it and do the same movie as Main Movie only with the standard performance.

Also, as each new mt2s file starts reencoding the speed will increase by 30% or so and then drop back down.

I have tried to use the different HDDs I have as well.

I have tried disabling all GPU Codecs and Lightning.

I have tried 8.0.8.5.

I have uninstalled all DVDFab and ran CClean to clean all files and registry, as well as system restore.

PC is:

16GB Corsair Memory
GTX-650Ti Boost 2GB
SATA 3GB/S Main Drive
(2) SATA 6GB/S Secondary Storage Drives

It is actually now failing on full disc. Sometimes after a few minutes, sometimes after 30+ minutes. It doesn't use anywhere near the amount of CPU I am allotting. It goes up and down.

If I do a Main Movie only and compress to fit 25gb, there is no problem and it works as always in less than 40 minutes.

Im running i7 3770 k with intel QS and a 40 min compression is about normal
When i use to use my intel 2 core g530 it would take 6-10 hours

Yeah... anywhere from 5 hours to 8 hours depending on the amount of the original movie and compression. I have just gotten used to setting up and copy/burn thru the night. One of the benefits to having a dedicated Reader drive and a Dedicated Burner drive. Set it and forget it....drawers open, and done. I do understand tho, if I had to be around it to either have to insert a clean disk or just have to do it while awake.... I would end up blowing out my brains... Basically, it is what it is...

I have already tried that along with all the other normal changes, still no good.

Still having issues. A select few things will compress full disc, true blood s5 and step brothers. All others run incredibly slow and then fail. With 9.0.6.3 they seemed to all work, but turns out only some. Before 9.0.6.3 all had began failing.

Had multiple emails from tech department, but not really any help, except for 9.0.6.2 suggestion that kinda worked.

Looks like I am in for a wipe of the whole drive and reinstall.
