please make shure that you are connected to the internet.

Internet Connection

Always on and 50 Mbps download speed.
That is not the problem.
Servers need to be updated to support this title.

We have a success report for this disc using Blu-ray Copy, and the backup plays perfectly.

Please copy BDMV\JAR folder to hard disk, and exclude 06000 sub-folder which has many xxx.bin files.

Then please zip it and send to fengtao(at)dvdfab.com, I will check if it's different, thanks.

My copy worked perfect w/9.0.6.0. version....Main Movie Only.

Full Disc worked for me (no compression used) with v9.0.6.2. Menus and disc features all work with Fab Player 2, the disc version I used for testing had no extras.

Extended and Theatrical Version with Extras

My disc has extras and both the Extended and Theatrical Versions of the movie. Plays fine on my Blu-ray players, but DVDFab fails to even recognized the extended version of the movie to be able to even copy the main movie.

The copy I have will back-up but won't play. I get the dear customer message around 10-15mins into the movie?! Anyone else experience this and know a way around it?

Please post the DVDFab internal log session for your disc. What are you using to play this back?

Log files and Blu-ray players

I previously posted the log files and have also emailed them.
Since the Blu-ray disc won't copy, I have only been able to play it on two of my Samung Blu-ray players.

DVDFab v9.0.6.3

I just completed uninstalled v9.0.6.2 and installed the latest release v9.0.6.3 and got the same results when trying to copy the Now You See Me Blu-ray disc.

Full Disc Copy didn't work for me either
