    Unable to rip

I purchased the lifetime version of DVDFAB a couple of years ago. For the most part the software is great.

But, about one out of 20 blu-rays can not be ripped. To be clear, I can rip them to output BD50. But BD50 has no value to me since the discs remain ridiculously expensive. I've tried all of the combinations of ripping to BD35 (with GPU encoding, without, with and without lightning encoding) none of those work.

Since I can rip BD50 to a file is there a way to then shrink that file to fit a BD25 disc?

What happens is when I try to rip to BD25 it seems to be working fine up to a point. Then the encoding rate steadily drops and drops to 0 and will never recover. Discs that give me this problem will do the exact same thing with different originals and on different computers so I know it is the software.

Your string of logs is long and you should cut and paste only the log for the disk your having trouble with.

Delete the whole string of internal logs and start over.Do a disk you have trouble with then post that log not a string for all the disks you have done ok.

      Any Help

Updated log file. Can anyone help. Am I correct that the software simply does not work all the time?

No you are not. Each source disc is different, some require a software update to be able to decrypt them correctly, so some some discs may not work correctly until the update happens. PCs are also different, and DVDFab responds differently to different operational environments.

            Decrypting

So I can decrypt these blu-rays that I can't copy. But I can only decrypt them to BD50. With DVD's I can use DVD Shrink to convert ripped files from DVD9 to DVD5. Why doesn't DVDFAB have a BD50 to BD25 shrink program?

              It does:
              Attached Files
How to post the internal log
