My buddy installed my Fab copy for me so maybe he messed something up?

That log was using version 9115 and he may not of been connected to the internet when this attempt was made.As I said update to the latest version and if that don't work post that log so Fab can fix it.

I bought DVD Fab years ago, I think starting with 4 or 5. When I told my friend I needed the newer version that would handle blu-ray he updated me on my laptop. Maybe he did something wrong. I'll call customer support today, thanks so, so much for the help!

Follow the advice, you can download and register it yourself easliy, post here if you need help. Tell your friend hands off, he may have put a bogus version on your machine. An internet connection is required to register and use v9. Post the log if it does not work.
