Please post the complete log session. You can paste the session into a new text file and attach it to a post if it is too long. This does not have all the info that the devs might need.

Lets start over as your second set of internal logs were for a conversion and also cut short.You said in the first post you can't copy the disk.Because your logs are cut short we don't even know what version of Fab you used.

Download version 9 9042 clean the disk well you have read errors in the log if it's scratched up you may not be able to copy it even if it plays well.

Now make the full disk to hard drive then see if it plays ok on software player or Fabs viewer.If ok and you want to convert to mp4 then do so if you have trouble getting the disk on the hard drive give us the new Fab internal log file it will be on the bottom of the files in the folder cut and paste just this file into a post not all the files in the log and we will go from their.
