the monument men blu ray region 2 b

having a problem with the monument men blu ray it doesn't open doing the bd+ thing...
looked at bd+ thread and monument men appears to have bd+ removal added as its on list , but doesn't open my end region 2 (b)
anybody have any ideas im using latest official version
