This is my first time copying a blu ray with dvdfab. I noticed that before copying, dvdfab gave me a option to select a menu and a no menu option. I dont see a option to use the original menu

Which Copy mode were you using? Clone and Full Disc automatically prerserve the original menus. Customize mode replaces them with new menus. You have the option of creating a menu or staying with none and letting the titles play in order, completely up to you.
