Unable to copy BDMV Disc ?

I have made several attempts to copy a BD disc containing a BDMV folder and Certificate file.

DVDFab recognizes the disc, but never stops reading the disc contents.

dvdfab_internal.log file follows. Any advice to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

If this is some sort of homemade disc, it may not contain the same UDF 2.50 file system as a commercial pressing, which DVDFab expects. You can try changing the Blu-ray read mode in Common Settings as shown in the attached capture. Be sure to set this back to UDF 2.50 when you finish.

I think the staff needs to take a look at your log. Is this a pressed commercial disc or a BD-R (recordable)?

Yeah, this appears to be a homemade disc that was mastered incorrectly as october262 and signals inferred. If it's not initially mastered right, I don't think any Blu-ray movie copying program can help you extract the info contained on it.

You can change burners in Fab settings see if that will make a difference.
You can also try version 8 of Fab its on the front page of fab sometimes this will work when version 9 won't.
How about trying clone/burn with version 9 this makes a exact copy bit for bit.See if the disk will open in clone/burn mode.
If all fail you can use Nero as you say you used it and plays fine why not use Nero again? or try img burn to see if it will burn a better disk?

                            Dora -

I have slow (0.5 Mbps upload speed) and spotty internet service. I will gladly mail you a disk I copied using Nero. Probably be faster than uploading.

The result that you copied using Nero has same results with the orignal disc? Is it always loading and can not open?
