    Ninja Turtles

    When I try and copy the Turtles, right off the bat I get error message "process failed". Tried another newer movie and works fine.

    Anyone else have issues with the Ninja Turtles movie?

      Please chooes copy as 2d in advance settings if you disc was 2d.
      Maybe this will help.
      User Manual for DVDFab v10 (pdf)

      DVDFab log default location:
      For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab10\Log
      For Mac: Finder> Documents> DVDFab10> Log

      DVDFab Player 5:
      For Windows:C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5\Log

        So many new version and changes, can't keep up.

          There is a small 3D title in the Blu-ray 2D disc but the main title is 2D. "Copy as 3D" and "Copy as SBS 3D" options should not be shown when selecting 2d title.

          Please post your logs the default location is:
          For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
          For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
          Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
          If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
