Use the search function in Windows Explorer to look for the filename DVDFab_internal.log

Aha. Well for one thing, I see now that I responded to a post in the (Win) section. I just searched for "internal Error' and found this thread. I'm actually on a Mac, and even though I've been ripping blurays w/o issue for many months now, for some reason the last time the log was modified was July or LAST year. I've got nothing current. So I many be having another issue as well.

The last Apple PC I used was the Lisa, so my troubleshooting skills for Mac are rusty to say the least, but the file should be there somewhere. Look in the Mac equivalent of the windows My Documents folder, you may find both a DVDFab and DVDFab9 folder, check in both for a Log folder, that is where it should be. Don't know why the Open Log location is not working for you. Very difficult to help without the logs (they would have shown us you were on a Mac).

I tested the Region A/US version of Dawn...Apes yesterday and it worked fine with v9.1.8.4 (Win), so the decryption information is there. Check your internet connection, it is an absolute requirement for this disc.

Ok. I finally just completely uninstalled DVDFab and reinstalled it. Tried the Planet of the Apes Bluray again. Got the same "Internal Error" but this time I created a log file...

an active internet connection.
