    Copy Performance VERY SLooooow

Have just installed DVDFab v9.1.8.3 (Win) on Windows 7 platform. I expected to be able to copy a 3D Blu-Ray disc in perhaps 1.5-2 hours max. DVDFab is telling me more like 5-6 hours.

Perhaps I am missing a setting of some sort? (I have a very fast broadband connection to the internet - if that is necessary)

    I have Intel HD Graphics 3000 driver v 9.17.10.3347
    Supported Video Codecs :
    DXVA_MODE_H264
    DXVA_MODE_MPEG2
    INTEL_MODE_H264
    INTEL_MODE_MPEG2

    CoreAVC : cannot be detected.

I have enabled Lightning Recoding and Lightning Shrink

    Anything I am missing?

Should I disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding??

Surely DVDFab is not going to take 6 hours to copy a dvd....

Is it slower than 9182 during copy the same source?
    I have tried copy a 3d avatar.iso to bd 25 3d sbs, it completed in 2 hours.

If you disable all GPU codecs, it will take more time than enable it.

No, I haven't turned off any codecs. There seems to be no answer here on the forum. I tried opening support ticket and apparently it was ignored - no response at all. Getting very unhappy with the level of support you get with DVDFab....

You have supplied very little information and have gotten good support given the circumstances. Post the DVDFab internal log (instructions in my sig below) from this task and tell us what type of CPU you have. The DVDFab staff has tried to duplicate your problem and been unable to do so, which points to a shortcoming in hardware or incorrect settings.
