Internal Error

When trying to read a Blu-ray, am now getting the error 'An internal error occurred. Please check if there is a new version at DVDFab website.'

Was working fine previously. Have current version but uninstalled and re-installed. Same issue. Tried with numerous Blu-ray. Maybe Blu-ray drive going?

Trying to copy Game of Thrones S1,4..but error pops up.
So tried a movie I already did and know it works...but same error message..

I also get the same message, any blu ray I try, but DVD's work fine. I wonder if it's at the DVDFab server end, as we need to linked to the internet to open a blu ray, connecting to DVDFab for acceptance?

I actually had the same issue occur when I tried a couple of store bought DVDs.

I did a test. I backed up The Theory of Everything last week so I put my master blu ray into my drive and DVDFab 9.1.8.8 again opened the disc. I then tried a back up of Walt Disneys Beauty and the Beast, and it would not open.

This is happening on older blu rays as the more recent ones, from my experience, seem to be OK.
Is there a problem with these older blu rays, with the DVDFab program, or .............

I also tried the same exercise on 8.2.3.0 Qt with the same results.

I am also getting the same error.

Internet connectivity issues with the server can produce this error, so please try it again in a few minutes. They are checking to see if the problem is at the server farm or elsewhere.

Thanks Signals, yes it does appear to come and go. The titles I had problems with last night now work just fine.

Internal error

I have updated to the new DvdFab and is now giving me an internal error.
I have checked my internet connection and re-installed. But still the same please help!!!
