US Version only?

I am a long time user of DVDFab living in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada...
I noticed that when I go to download the new version of DVDFab,
the download comes up as "DVDFab9192US.exe".
Being a Canadian customer, I thought the US versions no longer decrypted
movies, so I'm curious... Why am I getting the US version?

The US version does not (unassisted) decrypt Bluray, DVD is normal. The only way you should get the US version is if you present a US IP address to the download page. I just tried the download with a Toronto IP address and was shown the international version.

Your IP address that was presented here to make that post seems to route through New York and is untraceable beyond that. Check with your internet provider. ??

Your IP Address Location: Edmonton in Canada

ISP of your IP: Telus Communications

(Don't know if I'm supposed to show the actual IP Address, so I blocked it out)

So how am I supposed to be able to download the non-US version?
