When trying to back-up B/D EXODUS ....with everything loaded up and when I press Start after a few seconds it ejects disc and I get "process failed"...I tried many times and even tried v9138 but no change....disc looks good no scratches and was clean ???

You are using the US version to try to open a Blu-ray. It can't do this without help from 3rd party software. See this: http://www.dvdfab.cn/how_to_do_disc_...htm#how_to_faq

Is that why it rejects the disk when I hit the start tab ???
