I know...I'm using an older version, I know! It's the only one that still allows me to back up most of my Blus, so please don't mention that I should update to the newest version...which I can't use!!!!

Why can't you use a more up-to-date version? You may have to eventually.

sounds like you have the USA version. there are some free tools
