Keeps reading 'Despicable Me'

I brought 'Despicable me' on blu ray and trying to get this on my server in iso format. When I insert disc, it reads the disc for a long time with no error until I decide to stop it. I did have the setting set to keep retrying automatically.

I have done almost 700 movies and only one other movie was like this but eventually got it to read. I have two blu ray drives and does it in both.

Are there any settings I could change to help read this?

I guess that would help I have a long log, so I just copy little before the start and little after. Hope this what you need. Thanks!

I saw you cancle soon from log.
Make sure it is not be used by other program .

Okay, I may have cancelled soon but I have made it last for nearly 30-40mins read time and done multiple times. Anyway, with the updated 9199, voila!! Fix it! Thank you sooo much!
