Blu-ray won't play on one player, but will on another.

I've used this program for several years with no issues. Now recently, if I make a copy of my blu-ray, the copy won't play on either of my PS3's, or my 2 Panisonic blu-ray players, but works perfectly on my older Sony player.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like the discs have Cinavia protection. Older players don't respond, newer ones do. Same for the PS3s if the firmware is later than 4.01 if I remember correctly.

No, these discs didn't have Cinavia protection. The Panisonic blu-ray players don't support Cinavia even if they did...I'm assuming this is just a setting somewhere, once I updated the software, this began happening.

If that is the case, then you may need to post the burn log and the DVDFab internal log from one of these conversions that won't play. If you have changed blank media packs, even within the same brand, it could also be a factor.

Check the settings for burn engine and burn speed under Drives->Blu-ray Write as well as Blu-ray->Blu-ray Protection, but I am not aware that any defaults have been changed.
