encode error 50GB to 25GB for Harry Potter 3

I got a few errors happened when trying to encode 50GB to 25GB for Harry Potter 3 ( Prisoner of Azkaban), the error log as below attached...pls advise...thanks,,,,

Your log has some very odd things. See what Wilson says. If you are using a virtual drive to mount the ISO, unmount the image and try again. DVDFab does not require that image files be mounted. Make sure DVDFab has access to the internet.
