    Insurgent Scene Skip

    Has anyone else try to rip Insurgent and notice that the scene from about the 4 min mark will skip. It does the same thing when you do the preview as well. Any help would be appreciated

    2D or 3D version? Both releases use an encryption that causes the wrong playlist to be used after stripping of AACS. The correct 2D playlist is 407 and the 3D playlist is 765 or 843. There are "tons" of playlists on each version with varying degrees of out-of-order sequences.

    Keep in mind that the Insurgent release has Cinavia.

      DVDFab log default location:
      For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab10\Log
      For Mac: Finder> Documents> DVDFab10> Log

      DVDFab Player 5:
      For Windows:C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5\Log

        Added support for some other version of the Blu-ray in V9208.

        Please try again and tell us the result.

        Please post your logs the default location is:
        For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
        For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
        Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
        If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

          Update worked it automatically selected file 407 where previously it selected file 151 I believe. Thanks for the help

            FWIW, the correct playlist will depend on the country of origin and the version of your disc. ie: rental vs retail, 3D, etc, etc.
