I've found a collection set from Disney that is import from UK. Almost all of them will play region A,B,C. There are like 3 movies that are B. I plan on having this in ISO format on to my network as I do with all of my other movies. Would it be possible to play those movies in ISO format? Will my Blu ray drive allow it to read the disc in order to make a copy?

In most cases yes, the PC drive can read it unless it is a Matshita branded drive, some of them will not.
