3D Clone Copies Stutter?

I clone most of my 3D titles, and I seem to be getting a stutter of about 1 and 1/2 minutes where it simply freezes and I have to skip past it. It then plays normally.

The weird thing is that it always happened around the 55 minute mark.

Any ideas?

Are you playing these back from a HDD or optical media? If optical, try changing your burn parameters, blanks or burning engine, the freeze is around the middle of the movie and is near where the layer change would be.
