    Freeze when compressing to 25GB

    I have a copied a 28GB Blu-ray to my hard drive 'Lynyrd Skynyrd - Pronounced 'L h-'nérd 'Skin-'nérd & Second Helping Live From Jacksonville At The Florida Theatre'.

    If I copy this to a 50GB blank it plays fine and I have tested this with a BD-RE, so the original rip to my hard drive is good.

    However if I shrink it to 25GB, the compressed copy loads and the menu plays, but if I try to pick a chapter from the menu it freezes.

    I notice the log for version 9.2.1.8 says;
    Fix: A freeze problem while compressing Blu-ray full discs to BD25 size in certain cases.
    However this does not seem to have been fixed in all cases. I have attached a log for information.

    Thank you for any help.

            Same result with 9.2.1.9, freezes whenever a chapter is selected.

            New log attached.

              Was the folder playback normal?
              How about original disc?

                Yes the original disc plays fine and as I mentioned I have burned the folder to a 50GB disc and that copy plays fine. It is only when shrinking to 25GB a problem happens.

                  If you have a original disc, burn to BD 25 use it.
                  If you only have a disc got from folder, upload the folder to us.
                  We will check it
                  I will send a PM to you, please check it.

                    I am in the process of uploading the original folder to you. I have used a different Lynyrd Skynyrd disc 'One More For The Fans', but it has the exact same problem.

                      I have downgraded to 9.2.1.5 but this has the same problem, so possibly something in the authoring of these discs?

                          By any chance are you using Windows 10? I am having a similar compression problem but if I boot my computer to Windows 7 the problems go away.
