tried this morning to rip 2 BRs but received a popup stating

An unknown error occured.
Please check if there is a new version at DVDFab Website.

Found an old thread with this open error 306 which indicates that it was a server error/issue in the past.

All normal for me today, I have opened 7-8 Blu-rays with no errors.

Went into settings and turned off ALL meta data items. Now it works again.
