can't rip

I'm using DVDFAB for years now, and I'm very happy with it. Recently, I've upgraded to version 9.2.2.6 and I had to download the full version (upgrade refuse to work). I'm using Windows 7 (64 bits) and some films are impossible to rip. I've tried on 2 different computers with different readers with the same result. The films are:

an (seems to be too recent) (BD) (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3659388/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1)
- Pirates of the Caribbean : On stranger Ttides (BD) (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1298650/?ref_=fn_al_tt_6)
