i am having no luck backing up the force awakens. i dont know what of the 5 options i need to choose. ive did the first two and the audio is 8 seconds off. i unchecked the ac3 and now just have masterhd audio but that causes the audio of the same delay useing nero 11 to burn to bd25 disc. what am I doing wrong? im not sure where to get log file to upload

You might upgrade your graphics card driver to the latest driver which for the GT 540M is (364.72) How much RAM are you running? A lot of video/audio mismatches can be attributed to not enough RAM.

                audio out of sync

ok i took the 20.9 gb file from star wars movie, opened br creator, and for 2 hours it stayed at 0%. i have no idea what that was doing. I unchecked the gpu setting. I had this same thing happen a year ago. couldnt get it to work so I never used it even though I paid for it. the first thing I had to do was download the latest driver for graphics card. now you say its not the latest? the beta version is not going to make a diff if it did the exact same thing a year ago. ill try to go thru the motions of downloading graphics driver again

Even though the software states that your recommended amount of RAM should be 2GB, because your running it on a laptop using a mobile CPU I would run at least 16GB of RAM minimum.

You also might try ripping another movie and see if you get the same thing.

I know that it can be ripped perfectly because I had just ripped it in both h264 & h265 the night before last and both copies were flawless.

ok, a suggestion was to use clone/ creator. at $4.00 a double layer blue ray, not worth it. I used main movie optin then burned with creator. audio is in sync but the movie starts about 3 minutes into the begining, and its all pixels unwatchable. what is going on???

                          sync issue with bluray creator

Hi, Thank you for bringin this up. I have the same out of sync issue with Bluray Creator. The image quality of the material (source material is M265 HEVC) is fantastic but there should be an option to adjust the audio a number of frames.

Btw I'm using a i7 4770K on a Asus Z97 Mobo with 6 GB memory. The Graphics is coverend with an AMB 650 silent with 2GB memory.

Try turning off all GPU acceleration in DVDFab Common Settings. Note that you posted in the wrong forum, this is BD Copy, Creator has its own forum elsewhere. Please attach the DVDFab internal log session that illustrates this problem following the instructions in my sig, below.
