What were some of the titles? When you say oversize, do you mean >50GB or too large for a SL BD-R?Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ Guide: Using Images in Posts

I am also having problems with oversize error, but only using cuda on one of my machines. I have two different computers, one uses intel quick sync which works perfectly, and one uses cuda which failed every time. The files that I have have the dfdfabinternal(cuda or Intel) attached here. I don't know why the difference, but maybe someone can. I've tried different settings on the cuda machine but no luck.

Glad you tried that workaround, but it should not be necessary. Thanks for the logs, it will help the developers see what is happening.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ Guide: Using Images in Posts

Night before file comparisons.
The last message was missing some important facts so I redid the screenshot showing the differences between Cuda and No gpu. The zip file is the total comparison.
This is using an Intel DG33BU mother board with 4 core processor and Windows 10 Anniversary edition.
Thx
Mark

Do you update your graphic card driver to the latest version?DVDFab is the all-in-one software package for copying Blu-ray/DVD and converting video file.

Before I upgraded to windows 10 Anniversary, I had the most recent driver.
I thought Microsoft would have loaded the most recent and it didn't. I'll retry after loading it. (Version the anniversary edition loaded was 368.22 which was not current.)The computer was a new install instead of upgrade which crashed everytime I tried to upgrade.
I'm currently upgrading the video driver from nvidia to 368.81 ...
Thanks for letting me know.
It may fix file differences.
BTW IQS works perfect.
