    v10.0.4.0 Unknown Error

Getting this on any disc, even those previously done successfully.

I just tested a new release American mummy and it worked in versions 9&10 so try it again maybe they still need more work on the server for all titles.

I tried The Book Of Life and 99 Homes, both of which worked yesterday.

Both give an unknown error today.

Did you try checking your Antivirus software / firewall Software
to see if they are blocking dvdfab from connecting to the Internet.

I just did the update to 10.0.4.0 and no problems doing that. My antivirus arrangement hasn't changed in ages.

          Clearly that's not the problem.

As well, Unknown Error simply smacks of a programmer who had no clue how to handle an error. We expect a bit more professionalism from DVDFAB with all the versions it has gone through.

I havent heard of anyone else getting this error, and if it was wide spread, the board would be lit up like a Christmas Tree, why dont you tell us what the error is so we can help you.

Good point. Other than Unknown Error, what else should I publish to figure this out?

Posting the dvdfab internal log files can help.
It also may have something to do with the server having issues.
                Some are still being resolved.

This is most likely a problem with your internet or a problem with Fabs servers. Try again.

                      My Internet works fine.

I've tried to run this all day with the same error.

How does one fix Fab's servers? Is anyone home there?

My internet works fine as well so its obviously a problem with Fab's servers.

I wonder why its taking so long to correct it??

The same exact movies that worked a few days ago are now coming up with that Unknown Error message.
And just like JGW, I also did the update to 10.0.4.0.

How many more days will it take to fix this??

Others are seeing this problem too. In the similar 10.0.3.9 thread, emarcade is having the same problem.

Staff in several countries are working on this today. If you experience this, attach the full dvdfab_internal log file to your post.

I don't see the point of your advice to "wait a few minutes and try again". I've tried the titles "The Book Of Life" and "99 Homes" at least 20 times over the last 48 hours and it has not ever worked. Log files are identical to that posted previously. How is waiting a few minutes going to fix that?

Also, the titles "The Lady in the van" and "The Night Before" have been tried as well. Same "unknown Error" and same log files.
