Copying tv show episodes in one go cause an episode to be incomplete.

When I rip a TV show disc, I create multiple entries for each episodes using the "copy source".feature.
When I do this, two things happens.
- After the disc is done, DVDFab needs to be restarted, otherwise it will not detect the next disc.
- Typically the fourth episode will be incomplete. Redoing the episode by itself works fine.

This was observed with the Smallville Final Season bluray set.

In earlier (v6-8) versions you could re-load the same source up to 64x IIRC. Have you tried making a Full Disc copy to a folder on HDD and then reloading from that as the Source?
