Subtitle didn't show.

I add external subtitle in UHD Main Movie. When process done I Play on Zappiti HDD Player.
When I choose subtitle that i add, it's didn't show subtitle.

I try demux by tsmuxer and open it by bdsub2sup. It has subtitle in subtitle file.
but it's not show in hdd player and I try to burn on disc, It's not show in uhd player too.
