Authorize again?

Please help me. Upon starting dvdfab 10.0.7.2, it has asked me to authorize 2 times now. I AM USING THE SAME COMPUTER. I only have 1 computer. Now it says that I cannot authorize this computer. I have NOT authorized any others computers. Now I cannot use my dvdfab becasue it says that my computer is not authorized. But I have authorized it 2 times now. Please help!

Log in to your Member Center account and click on License Authorizations to see if a PC is authorized. If there is one that you didn't authorize from within DVDFab, you will need to contact the Service Team at http://www.dvdfab.cn/support.htm

Please start up DVDFab to authorize again now, if still have problem, please post the latest dvdfab_internal.log file.

I restarted my PC and then it let me authorize. But now with the most recent update, today, it again asked me to authorize, but this time accepted it. Why do I have to authorize the same PC every update?

You shall not need to authorize DVDFab after DVDFab update; please right click on DVDFab to run it as administrator to authorize to see the result.

The both versions run next to each other.

You can use your account to authorize both DVDFab x86 and DVDFab x64 on the same PC.

Authorization on the same PC will count one authorization only.

Why the Hell am I not allowed to run this software on my desktop AND my laptop anymore? Are you effing kidding me? I paid for a lifetime license so that you can screw me like this? I like your software and I was about to go buy a license for the UHD copy/ripper, too, but I'll be damned if I'm going to do that if I can't use it on both of my computers. That's ridiculous.

You can authorize your license on two PCs, but if it is a single license, you cannot run the two PCs at the same time.

Yes you can run both x86 and x64 on one PC at the same time, multiple x86 and x64 instances.
Please go to Common Settings>General>General, select the option "Allow running multiple instance of DVDFab".

(Out of curiosity, why you want to run multiple DVDFabs on the same PC?)

It's about time management:

A backup of 4 x 1 disc is good.
A backup of 2 x 2 discs on 2 PCs is evil.
A backup of 2 x 2 discs on 1 PC is good?

Well, running too many instances of DVDFab on the same PC might slow down the process, we would not suggest that.

ok I am now being asked to authorize my computer once again after the most recent update. Again I have tried everything and it is saying that I already have 1 computer authorized. This is the same computer. Now it is asking me to authorize once again after the update, and not accepting it because it's saying I have already authorized 1 computer. THIS IS THE SAME COMPUTER! PLEASE HELP!

I am looking at my authorizations and it is showing two computers are authorized. Why is this? I am using the same computer always! and it will not let me use the software today because again, it wants me to authorize the SAME computer again?! I have never even used this software on a different computer ever! I have moved the base folder to and external thumb drive and I run it from there. Could this be the problem? I don't know because if I put the files back directly onto the PC it still does NOT work.
