Is there anyway to get DVDFAB to merge titles to an ISO that is larger than BD50? I have a couple of movies that I would like to merge into a single ISO file that are each 30-35 Gb, but don't want to compress them to fit on a BD50 disc since they will not be burned to disc.

No, sorry, this is not possible. The Copy module can't produce output that is larger than the BD (or DVD) standard allows.
