"Mohawk" & "In The Fade" Blu-ray won't open

I've been trying for about 2 weeks to open Mohawk blu-ray and In The Fade for a few days. I keep getting the same error after scanning. "To Open this disc please update software." Even with 10.0.9.0 I get the same message. I've tried other discs just to make sure and the other blu-rays open with no problem. Just having this issue with these 2. Passkey gives me the same error.
