    Read write errors

Read write errors when trying to copy the movie "Acts of Violence " stops at 61 % every time. The disc is close to almost perfect. Played the movie from the original disc. Not a problem.
Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.

Sounds like a dirty or scratched disk even 1 deep scratch can prevent copying even if the disk plays. You can try to re clean the disk or try another copy of it.You can also set to disregard read errors in Fab settings but it doesn't really work that well and if it works you may be missing a part of the movie..
P.S. If this happens only during burning a disk try slowing burn speed down or change disk brands.Post your log files for Fab internal log and if burning problem the burn log when you have trouble with Fab.

not the case. the disc is very clean and not scratched. it is during the copy process not the burning. As i previously said the play back is perfect.

You have not supplied enough information to be able to help you. As a minimum, attach the DVDFab internal log session from this disc as pointed out earlier. Instructions for this can be found here: http://forum.dvdfab.cn/showpost.php?...40&postcount=5
