May purchase, questions about features

I want to backup DVDs and Blu Rays on my Mac into .ISO files. Would DVD Copy and Blu Ray Copy be my ideal choices to purchase?

Does DVD Copy and Blu Ray Copy bypass copyright protection?

Yes, they both produce output that is free of any copy protection.
