Cannot get voices on some ripped blu rays

I have ripped Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides and Dead Men Tell No Tales. I listened to them on the computer that I ripped them on and they had perfect audio and voices. But when I copy them to the computer that I use to play them I get no voices. I get music and other sound effects but no voices. Any ideas?

What is the player used for the playback? You may try to use a different player to play it first.

Please also use Mediainfo to analyze the file and post the result.
The dvdfab_internal.log and fabcheck_internal.log for conversion process needs for analyzing the issue, the default location for DVDFab log file is:
C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab11\Log
Please attach them too. Thanks.

I can’t duplicate this problem on vlc, Fab player or PowerDVD. Please supply the information Mona requested above.
