Missing Audio Track AC3/5.1

Hi All,

I would like to apologize ahead, as I've seen a couple of threads regarding this problem without a definite resolved.

I've tried to Blu Ray Copy a few of my discs to .iso format. All Blu Ray discs has multiple audio tracks, with DTS-HD MA 5.1 and AC3/5.1. however, all of the .iso container only encoded the DTS-HD MA 5.1 track, and I was not able to find the AC3/5.1 track any where. I've ticked both audio tracks before Blu Ray Copy. I'm not sure if I've gotten the settings wrong as there is not much options for settings. Can anyone please help me. Many thanks ahead.

Not all Blu-rays have AC-3 5.1 tracks. You can use the Advanced Settings page in Copy mode to strip the HD audio down to the AC-3 core however.
