OS (W7-64) Won't Recognize BD Disc

I'm not sure where to start debugging - so I figured I'd ask here. My BD-ROM drive (LG UH08LS10) won't recognize the disk "Pelham 123". It has recognized every other BD I've put in it. And Pelham 123 does play fine in the PS3. Any clues as to where to start?

    Thanks.

Please supply more information, such as the version of DVDFab, region of the disc, internal log from DVDFab as requested in the Help Us Help You document.

      Solved

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believed that since Windows didn't even recognize that there was a disc inserted, DVDFab would not either. Thus, there was no log to check (I validated that the logs weren't updated).

Per another user's recommendation, I upgraded the firmware on the drive using a download from firmwarehq.com. The drive is now recognizing Pelham 123 and I'm backing it up now.

Another issue might be to change the SATA cable on your drive. I was having issues with my Pioneer BD-205 and recognition of media. Seemss that my SATA cable went bad. Once replace...totally different drive
