Saving Private Ryan shrinks to 11GB

Ripped SPR to Full ISO then attempted to compress to a 25GB blank while backing up movie only. When finished it only totaled 11GB. Watched various parts of movie and it seems ok. Guessing picture quality isn't as good as if it was 25GB. Occasional distortion but doesnt' seem to bad. I've attached the logs. Any idea what happened? Picture seems ok on my 46" TV but I haven't tried on my 100" DLP projector. I'm thinking I'll be able to see the loss of quality there.

Watch the output closely enough to make sure the entire movie is there, i.e. no chapters or groups of chapters missing. Has anybody else done this with similar results? This was almost the equivalent of making a BD-9 of it (which still look very good). I only have the DVD of SPR.

I went through the movie chapter by chapter. I know the movie pretty well so it seemed all the chapters are there. Tonight I'll go through it closer(3hr movie so it takes a while). Notice at the end of the log where it says:

      2238m 07.03s: group(00040.m2ts 00046.m2ts ) playtime(10125615 ms) source(36897 MB) request(23366 MB) real(11109 MB) bitrate(7049 kbps)
      2238m 07.12s: compress finished: groups request(23463 MB, 23467 MB) real(11205 MB) average_bitrate(7049 kbps)

The request is for 23463 MB(which is to be expected) real 11205 MB is the result.

I had the same problem with different movie. I post it on forum but I did not had any respond to my post.
The compression was showing 25.3 -> 23.1 (91%) but the final ISO file was only 13 gigs.
The file was bad when watching. It work in full backup (39 gigs) but not what I want it.

This movie is becoming my "White Whale." I've tried it with 7.0.6.7----7.0.6.6--- and even reverted back to 7.0.4.0 and still get the only about 11GB after shrinking. Only actually burnt it once though so not a huge deal. Thanks for any ideas or help. Here is the latest log with 7.0.6.7

Thanks for replying. I was nervous I was the only one getting this problem and they'd just tell me to try the latest beta again. Hanks and SS must have put some extra time into the protection on this one!

Also I'm using the second version. The first had a sinc problem with the audio that was recalled.

I'm still having the same problem with this movie also. I tried using another program to shrink and was unsuccessful as well. My encode rate is always 7049 KBS which results in about 11 GBs.
