        Well you can post the logs like Signals requested. Did you read the "Help Us Help You" sticky? If you didn't, please go give them a read first and everything will become clear.

              Hello.
              It will be version rental in Italy.
              I play AVCHD files on harddisk to watch the film when I have time and then delete it, then anything not legal, I really want to clarify.

                Buy this Blu-ray and try again as rentals have different copy protection.
