malfuntioning from 7080

DVDFab " Blu-ray to Blu-ray " completed tasks without problems . I updated to 7090 & then 7092 the end result is not 1 completed task .. ( task ; attempted Blu-ray copy & completed Blu copy ) I had to uninstall 7090 & 7092 & re-install 7070 & 7080 to make copies . Why is this happening to me ?

Do you get any error messages? Please post the log files from the failed attempts.

Error Messages

1 attempted copy pop-up message " Error 401 " ..My record of failed list had vanished .. As a result I'm not sure Movie Copy .. 2nd copy attempt was BLACK SNAKE MOAN" Pop-Up MEASSAGE; " Error While reading " .. This happens each time time @ 64% scan .. B.S.Moan might be a disc proplem . I finally noticed disc appears curved as a result of storage .. (Case is flimsy & curved also ) .. I want to move forward w/ updates but I don't like malfunctions .. So far DVDFab blows away Blue Cloner .. @ a 75% discount to Any HD DVD DVDFab rules as leader in sector .. I don't understand what I did wrong to cause Blu-ray-Blu-ray to give me problems in 7090 & 7092 .. After downloading 7090 each burn attempt wouldn't reconize my RiData 25Gb 4x Blanks . Unintalled 7090 & 7092 & reloaded 7080 then my burner once again reconized my RiData blanks .. Help ..

Try this. If you have 7080 installed and working, install 7093 but when the installer is running UNcheck the box that says "Install VSO Burn Engine". See if 7093 will recognize the RiData after you make this change.
