    Trouble with DVDfab Starting/Finishing

When I insert the BD and the window opens stating 'opening source' it can hang and never finish. Have watched it for 30 minutes before I had to cancel and try new disk.

Also, when program finishes ISO cpoy and time has run out, program will not complete process. I have to cancel and loose everything.

Anybody else had these issues, and what to do to fix it.

    Thx

Working on copying the main movie/audio to BD9 ISO image, been at zero time left and 100% complete, but will not finish process..going on 1:40 time now.

I looked in the location for the log, there are 3 file (burn_vso/internal/process)
Whic one is needed? I am about to stop the current copy, unless you think it needs more time, and I will paste logs next.

                Another issue I run across...
When I do a movie only/HD audio ISO, at the end it tries to burn to a disk, and when it fails to fins one, it asks me if I would like to tray again. I say no and the whole process fails and leaves me with nothing. Here is the info for the one I just tried.

turn off DXVA GPU acceleration to do that you will need to go to common settings A/V Codec and change all DXVA to software. Also do you have Remove HD Audio selecting when you are trying to do the BD9? If you not then you need to do that as well

Is your firewall blocking access to Fab's servers?
In order to decrypt BD+ discs youll need the BD+ keys.
Hence, Fab needs access to Fab servers.

Thx for the input...firewall is good, and I will change to software in the settings, but I am keeping the HD audio.
The new Dune player I am getting can stream the HD audio from an ISO file.

                      Thx

Also have to ask...will using software affect the quality of the ISO Rip?
And, since I have not seen an actual ISO played yet, is the quality of the ISO better then what you would get from MKV/m2ts files?

I selct main movie/HD audio only at BD25 setting for my current ISO copies.
I am guessing there is no support in this config for chapters. How owuld one enable this set-up to include chapters?

                        Thx

I have another post about this exact problem. I am experiencing the same never-ending open disk issue. Reverting back to 8.0.0.5 (from the beta) works just fine.

The new Dune player I am getting can stream the HD audio from an ISO file.

                              Thx
For BD9 you HAVE to remove HD Audio as the audio does not get compressed and is a size of 4gb or more and probably the reason for your problems. If you want HD Audio then you need to do BD25 nothing smaller
