Iron Man 2 Blu Ray Copy

Has anyone tried to backup Iron Man 2 on Blu Ray? It seemed to rip to my hard drive fine, but unlike most other Blu Ray movies, there is not 1 main movie m2ts file - it seems like each chapter has its own m2ts.

I usually just pull the main movie to backup but I don't think that will work this time. Anyone have success backing up the entire disk to a 50gb bd-r?

I don't want to waste a 50gb bd-r if I don't have to.
