Ripping with HD Decrypter

I have a (hopefully) relatively quick question. I know that the free HD Decrypter does not have all the abilities of the paid version. Before I make a purchase though, I want to make sure that buying it will fix my issue. I'm trying to rip the first disc of Battlestar Galactica Season 4.5. However, right after I click start to begin ripping, it says the processes has completed. Does this mean that it won't decrypt the disk?

Please update to the latest beta version and report the results.

Frekwentflier, you have the exact same problem with the exact same disc? If not, please start a new thread describing your problem and either way post the log files as compuguru did.

Please uninstall, download and install the latest version of DVDFab8.0.2.2 at http://www.dvdfab.com/download.htm to copy again to see the result.

DVDFab HD Decrypter is a simple version of DVDFab DVD Copy and DVDFab Blu-ray Copy. It allows to copy entire DVD/Blu-ray movie to hard disk, and removes all the protections (CSS, RC, RCE, APS, UOPs and Sony ARccOS) and part of Blu-ray protections (AACS, BD+, RC, UOPS and BD-Live) while copying.

It consists of four copy options :

DVD Copy - Full Disc
DVD Copy - Main Movie
Blu-ray Copy- Full Disc
Blu-ray Copy - Main Movie

NOTE: DVDFab HD Decrypter is an easiest copying software, which allows you to quickly rip DVD/Blu-ray movies to hard disk drive, it can not allow to burn movie files to blank DVD/BD Disc, and compression application is not available in this free version.

Before 30-day demo expire, you can verify all the DVDFab products' functionality.
For your problems, could you please use other DVDs to see if this is a universal problem, or just for this one "the first disc of Battlestar Galactica Season 4.5"?

And please check if the ripped files are decrypted and play completely or not.

Wow, thanks for all the responses! I uninstalled DVDFab 8 using Revo Installer. I also noticed that I still had DVDFab 7 installed so i got rid of that too. After rebooting and installing the beta, everything works fine again. Thanks for the suggestions!
