Robin Hood will not open

Cant seem to get Robin Hood to open. Blu ray source just stops and freezes.

Please install DVDFab Passkey at to remove all the protections on this DVD Robin Hood, then shut down DVDFab Passkey, open this unprotected disc with DVDFab Blu-ray Copy to see the result.

I returned it, told them it would not play and bought another. It doest work.
Whats the chances.

I used v7.0.8.2 to copy main movie only with no compression to HD and then used v8.0.2.4 to compress to dvd9 iso and it worked perfectly.

Ok just tried that and no luck. The only version that will open the disc is 6218 but i get task failed.

Hi wilbur,

Please open DVDFab program first, then insert your original BD DVD to your BD drive.

If your DVDFab can't recognize Robin Hood from BD drive very well on your computer, please start the movie in your PC BD/DVD Player (like PowerDVD) for a few seconds and then start the DVDFab analysis. Hope this helps.

thanks, did that. will not open. can anyone tell me why the disc will open with version 6 and not 8. Seems pretty silly to me. of course version 6 wont go thru the copy process, iv'e tried that every way. I also put in 12 different blu rays with version 8 and the all open. humm....and again i've used 2 different Robin Hood movies. Both opened in 6 both stopped blu ray source and froze with version 8.

What copy mode are you using and what settings (for AV Codec etc.) and compression (BD25,BD9,BD5)?

tried blu ray copy to full disc, main movie only. usually do bd50 to iso then do second to bd25 but never got that far....blu ray source would never open the disc. Av codec says software in all. I did post logs on first page, didnt know it that has any thing of value for you.

Thanks everybody for all your help. My buddy brought his bluray over and it opened right up in seconds. Cant believe I bought 2 bad copies. Learned a lesson here. Thanks!
