Added New Program now non-registered

I've had my share of installations problems since adding trials versions .. Yesterday my Blu-ray Copy reinstalled & registered w/ no problems .. Then I added (paid) Blu-ray to DVD Conversion .. Both subscriptions installed & registered .. I shut down PC .. Now the problems; I booted PC - DAMNED - my DVDFab Console Displayed an Expired Blu-ray Copy & an Expiring (11/18/2010) Blu-ray to DVD Conversion .. How about some help w/ that screw-up ? And how about not in days but hours ! $100 out the window til DVDFab helps w/ this [problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, have a read of the "Registration Problems?" thread in the Knowledge base and follow the instructions there religiously and post back results.

i want you to know i've looked through all literature..it doesn't help .. I uninstall & reinstall programs w/ my keys ..then pop-up displays incorrect key .. #1 key;07/2010 & #2 key; 11/18/2010 .. All installed well @ 1st ..

go to the members page on dvdfab website and log in. make sure you have a check next to all available keys to you. then download the all in one key to computer and activate. should work as I did not have issue.
