CBR encoding is the worst method of compression, especially from Blu-ray. Quality will be very bad.
Perhaps CQ or VBR encoding with 1 or 2-pass options is the way to go. CQ quality generally surpasses VBR quality but the resultant size will be unpredictable, i.e. not necessarily be close to the set target size.Comment
