    Only get audio, no video

Trying to copy my Jeff Beck Blu Ray to DVD. Preview window works sometimes but the copied disc is always audio only, no video. I've tried countless times. Experimenting with this trial version before I decide to buy. I've copied a couple other discs successfully.

Log files for Jeff Beck audio only

I hope this is the log file you need! These are the steps I took:
1.opened dvdfab in blu-ray to dvd option
    2. set it up as dvd9, title 6, english dts-hd master/5.1
*I only get a preview with video if i enable dxva accelleration in preview options.
    3. set the output to save to a hdd folder
    4. click start

When it completes and i open folder in dvd copy there is no video, only audio.
I opened it in power dvd9 and same thing. Love dvdfab, but this is frustrating.

      Hi PAplumber
Have you tried setting everything to software, save it on your hard drive and play with a soft player to see if anything changes???
To do this Open Fab click the Click the Green at top right corner of the DVDFab screen, and open Common Settings > General >A/V Codec, set Video Decoder to Software and set Video Encoder to Software restart Fab and try again.

CBR, I think you are on the right track...

6m 37.68s: DXVA GPU acceleration for video decoding enabled

As we all know, DXVA use by ATI Video Cards is sub-optimal !!!

This may be normal and is unrelated to the problem you experienced. The DVDFab filters should work without DXVA enabled. Thanks for posting the log files, it brought you faster and better responses.

            Jeff Beck Success

I can't thank you guys enough for your advise.....it worked! Now I can play this on my regular DVD player hooked up to kick-ass stereo in the living room and turn the neighbors on to this awesome guitarist. I did notice that the sound on the dvd sounded weird when I burned it using DTS-HD/Master 5.1 and AC-3/5.1, but sound is perfect using PCM/2.
