Cannot convert bluray to dvd

I tried four times to convert a bluray movie to dvd. I thought DVDfab failed but realized the dvd5 disc contained a blueray movie and only played on a bluray player. I wanted a non-bluray movie to play on a non-bluray dvd.

Any comments would be appreciated.

The Blu-ray to DVD module produces a DVD, not a Blu-ray type file. Blu-ray Copy produces a Blu-ray file on a DVD disc that plays only in a Blu-ray player. Sounds like you used the wrong module, please try it again.
