cannot get prog to open disc

hi
i am trying to convert 'just go with it ' movie from blue ray to dvd but all that happens is the prog just continues to read the disc and nothing else is this because of the protection or am i missing something

Please post your logs the default location is:
For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log

Will it open the disc if you try to open it in Blu-ray Copy mode? DVDFab needs internet access to open a Blu-ray in any copy or conversion mode.

the prog starts and it just seems to be reading the disc ,the blue action bar is continueos i've let it run for several minutes but it does not go on to the next phase of listing the files.
