Bug's Life, subtitles missing(?)

Hello all!

I'm trying to rip Bug's Life BlueRay to DVD including all subtitles, but none of them is present in the copy. That is, I can select them like if they were there, but they do not show up!
I have tried seeing a part of the movie directly from the disc in DVDFab, and the subtitles are there. But after ripping to DVD, they are gone.
I have recently ripped "Corpse Bride" with the exact same version of DVDFab, and all subtitles are present - no problem.

Is this a known issue? And can something be done about it?

It may be related to the content, i.e. the authoring on the original BD disc. Please post the DVDFab internal log session from this conversion. You can edit/view the logfile with Notepad. For ease of use, set up Notepad as the default app to open .log files.

How many sub streams are on this disc? Did you select them all?

Please copy all the IFO files from the output folder, zip them and attach to a post.
